13006 Battery Module (Removal and Replacement)

NOTE:

reflect all of the work required to perform this procedure, including the linked procedures.
Do not stack correction codes unless explicitly told to do so.
Remove
Step 1
Remove rear bumper . See link below
Step 2
Remove side upper panel. See link below
Step 3
Remove battery grill trim. See link below
Step 4
Remove Rear Wheel Liner. See link below
Step 5
Remove rear caliper. See link below (No need to remove the oil pipes)
02007 Rear Brake Caliper (Removal and Replacement)
Tip: There are still oil pipes in the handle assembly, don’t pull it hard.
Step 6
Remove Rear Speed sensor (Removal and Replacement)
Tip: There are still wiring harnesses in the handle assembly, don’t pull it hard.

Remove Motor HV Harness . See link below
Step 8
Remove Swing Arm Underbody Panel . See link below

Remove Bottom Shear Panel . See link below
Step 10
After remove the caliper ,the rear wheel can be install
Step 11
Rvmove the EPB Control Unit

Step 12
Remove the Watt’s Linkage assembly fixing bolt ( Troque : M12-1.75 X75mm-75 N-m 、M10-1.5 X25mm-55N-m)


Step 13
Remove the upper rear shock bolts ( Troque : 70 N-m )

Step 14
Remove the brake oil line fixing screw on the left swing arm

Step 15
Remove the Load Weight sensor fixing screw on the right swing arm

Step 16
Remove the ABS sensor connector and move the wiring harness away from the cross beam.

Step 17
Remove the swing arm bolts with Rear chassis ( Troque : 84 N-m )

Step 18
The rear suspension assembly can be pulled back

Step 19
Place a jack under the Battery Module and remove the Battery Module fixing bolt ( Troque : 25 N-m )

Install
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
