02024 ABS Module (Removal and Replacement)

NOTE:
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the procedure, the above correction code and Working Hours reflect all of the work required to perform this procedure, including the linked procedures.
Do not stack correction codes unless explicitly told to do so.
Remove
Step 1
Remove Front Wheel Liner . See link below
Step 2
Remove the brake fluid line from the ABS module . And use a container to collect brake fluid ( Torque :30 N-m )
Step 3
Remove the ABS Module plug connection
Step 4
Remove the ABS Module bracket bolt ( Torque : 20 N-m )
Install
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
Tip:“EPB switch and Tilt switch have the same connector shape. Please be mindful during installation to follow the respective markings first.”
